Page contents Page contents ObjettivBħala parti mis-sett ta’ għodod tal-UE dwar l-Istat tad-Dritt u kontribut ewlieni għas-Semestru Ewropew, it-Tabella ta’ Valutazzjoni tal-Ġustizzja tal-UE tippreżenta ħarsa ġenerali annwali tal-indikaturi dwar l-effiċjenza, il-kwalità u l-indipendenza tas-sistemi ġudizzjarji. L-għan tagħha huwa li tassisti lill-Istati Membri biex itejbu l-effettività tas-sistemi ġudizzjarji nazzjonali tagħhom billi tipprovdi data oġġettiva, affidabbli u komparabbli.Sistemi tal-ġustizzja effettivi huma essenzjali sabiex jiġi implimentat id-dritt tal-UE u sabiex jiġu protetti l-istat tad-dritt u l-valuri li fuqhom hija msejsa l-UE. Huma jiżguraw li l-individwi u n-negozji jkunu jistgħu jgawdu drittijiethom bis-sħiħ, iqawwu l-fiduċja reċiproka u jgħinu biex jinħoloq ambjent favorevoli għaċ-ċittadini, għan-negozji u għall-investiment.It-Tabella ta’ Valutazzjoni tal-Ġustizzja tal-UE hija waħda mis-sorsi ta’ informazzjoni għar-Rapport dwar l-Istat tad-Dritt annwali. Is-sejbiet tagħha jinfurmaw ukoll il-valutazzjonijiet speċifiċi għall-pajjiż fi ħdan is-Semestru Ewropew - iċ-ċiklu annwali tal-UE għall-koordinazzjoni tal-politika ekonomika - fi ħdan il-Faċilità għall-Irkupru u r-Reżiljenza u fil-kuntest tal-applikazzjoni tar-Regolament dwar il-Kondizzjonalità tal-Istat tad-Dritt.
