Page contents Page contents CiljPregled stanja na področju pravosodja v EU kot del nabora orodij EU za zagotavljanje pravne države in ključni prispevek k evropskemu semestru predstavlja letni pregled kazalnikov učinkovitosti, kakovosti in neodvisnosti pravosodnih sistemov. Njegov namen je pomagati državam članicam pri izboljšanju učinkovitosti njihovih nacionalnih pravosodnih sistemov z zagotavljanjem objektivnih, zanesljivih in primerljivih podatkov. Poleg sodstva vključuje tudi kazalnike, ki se nanašajo na druge javne organe, pomembne za delovanje enotnega trga in zaščito pravne države.Uspešni pravosodni sistemi so bistvenega pomena za izvajanje prava EU ter podpiranje načela pravne države in vrednot, na katerih temelji EU. Zagotavljajo, da lahko posamezniki in podjetja v celoti uveljavljajo svoje pravice, krepijo medsebojno zaupanje ter pomagajo ustvarjati državljanom, podjetjem in naložbam prijazno okolje. Uspešni pravosodni sistemi so bistvenega pomena tudi za trajnostno dolgoročno rast in delovanje enotnega trga kot celote. Ker so bistvenega pomena za zaščito naložb, prispevajo tudi k produktivnosti in konkurenčnosti. Pomembni so tudi za zagotavljanje učinkovitega čezmejnega izvrševanja pogodb in upravnih odločb ter reševanja sporov.Pregled stanja na področju pravosodja v EU je eden od virov informacij za letno poročilo o stanju pravne države. Njegove ugotovitve so podlaga tudi za ocene za posamezne države v okviru evropskega semestra – letnega cikla usklajevanja ekonomskih politik EU – v okviru mehanizma za okrevanje in odpornost ter v okviru uporabe uredbe o pogojevanju s pravno državo.Pregled stanja 1.
