Page contents Page contents MålResultattavlan för rättsskipningen i EU ingår i EU:s verktygslåda för rättsstatsprincipen och tjänar som underlag för den europeiska planeringsterminen. Den innehåller en årlig översikt med indikatorer som visar de nationella rättssystemens effektivitet, kvalitet och oberoende. Målet är att hjälpa EU-länderna att effektivisera sina nationella rättssystem genom att förse dem med objektiva, tillförlitliga och jämförbara data.Effektiva rättssystem är avgörande för att genomföra EU-lagstiftningen och upprätthålla rättsstatsprincipen och de värden som ligger till grund för EU. De ser till att enskilda personer och företag fullt ut kan utnyttja sina rättigheter, stärker det ömsesidiga förtroendet och bidrar till att skapa bra förutsättningar för människor, företag och investeringar.Resultattavlan är dessutom ett av underlagen till den årliga rapporten om rättsstatsprincipen. Resultaten används också för de landsspecifika bedömningarna inom faciliteten för återhämtning och resiliens och den europeiska planeringsterminen – EU:s årliga cykel för samordning av den ekonomiska politiken – och för tillämpningen av villkorlighetsförordningen.
