Page contents Page contents ObjectifLe tableau de bord de la justice dans l’UE, qui fait partie de la boîte à outils de l’UE en matière d’état de droit et constitue une contribution essentielle au Semestre européen, présente un aperçu annuel des indicateurs relatifs à l’efficacité, la qualité et l’indépendance des systèmes judiciaires. Son objectif est d’aider les États membres à améliorer l’efficacité de leurs systèmes de justice nationaux en fournissant des données objectives, fiables et comparables.Des systèmes de justice efficaces sont essentiels à la mise en œuvre du droit de l’UE et à la défense de l’état de droit et des valeurs sur lesquelles l’Union repose. Ils garantissent que les particuliers et les entreprises puissent jouir pleinement de leurs droits, renforcent la confiance mutuelle et contribuent à créer un environnement favorable aux citoyens, aux entreprises et aux investissements.Le tableau de bord de la justice dans l’UE est l’une des sources d’information pour le rapport annuel sur l’état de droit. Ses conclusions alimentent également les évaluations par pays dans le cadre du Semestre européen — le cycle annuel de coordination des politiques économiques de l’UE —, de la facilité pour la reprise et la résilience et de l’application du règlement sur la conditionnalité liée à l’état de droit.
