Page contents Page contents CélkitűzésAz uniós jogállamisági eszköztár részét képező és az európai szemeszter megvalósításában fontos szerepet játszó uniós igazságügyi eredménytábla releváns mutatók alapján éves áttekintést nyújt az igazságszolgáltatási rendszerek hatékonyságáról, minőségéről és függetlenségéről. Az uniós igazságügyi eredménytábla célja, hogy objektív, megbízható és összehasonlítható adatokkal segítse a tagállamokat nemzeti igazságszolgáltatási rendszereik eredményességének javításában.A jól működő igazságszolgáltatási rendszerek elengedhetetlenek az uniós jog végrehajtásához, valamint a jogállamiság és az EU alapjául szolgáló értékek fenntartásához. Biztosítják, hogy az egyének és a vállalkozások teljes mértékben érvényt szerezhessenek az őket megillető jogoknak, erősítik a kölcsönös bizalmat, és elősegítik a beruházásösztönző, polgár- és vállalkozásbarát környezet kialakítását.Az uniós igazságügyi eredménytábla az éves jogállamisági jelentés egyik információforrása. Megállapításai azokhoz az országspecifikus értékelésekhez is fontos adalékul szolgálnak, melyek az európai szemeszter – az EU gazdaságpolitikai koordinációjának éves ciklusa – keretében egyrészt a Helyreállítási és Rezilienciaépítési Eszköz céljaira, másrészt a jogállamiságról szóló rendelet alkalmazásával összefüggésben készülnek.
