Page contents Page contents ЦелИнформационното табло на ЕС в областта на правосъдието представя годишен преглед на показателите за ефикасността, качеството и независимостта на правосъдните системи. То е част от инструментариума на ЕС в областта на върховенството на закона и важен принос към европейския семестър. То има за цел да помага на държавите членки да подобряват ефективността на своите национални правосъдни системи чрез осигуряване на обективни, надеждни и съпоставими данни.Ефективните правосъдни системи са от съществено значение за прилагането на правото на ЕС и за поддържането на върховенството на закона и ценностите, на които се гради ЕС. Те гарантират, че хората и предприятията могат да упражняват изцяло своите права, укрепват взаимното доверие и спомагат за изграждането на благоприятна за гражданите, бизнеса и инвестициите среда.Информационното табло на ЕС в областта на правосъдието е един от източниците на информация, използвани при изготвянето на годишния доклад за върховенството на закона. Данните от таблото се използват и при изготвянето на специфичните за всяка държава оценки в рамките на европейския семестър — годишния цикъл на ЕС за координация на икономическите политики, в рамките на Механизма за възстановяване и устойчивост и в контекста на прилагането на Регламента относно обвързаността с условия за спазване на принципите на правовата държава.
