Page contents Page contents ObiettiviIl quadro di valutazione UE della giustizia, che rientra fra gli strumenti dell'Unione europea per lo Stato di diritto e offre un contributo fondamentale al semestre europeo, presenta una panoramica annuale degli indicatori riguardanti l'efficienza, la qualità e l'indipendenza dei sistemi giudiziari. Il suo scopo è aiutare gli Stati membri a migliorare l'efficacia dei rispettivi sistemi giudiziari nazionali fornendo dati oggettivi, affidabili e comparabili.Per attuare il diritto dell'Unione e preservare lo Stato di diritto e i valori su cui si fonda l'UE è fondamentale disporre di sistemi giudiziari efficaci che garantiscano alle persone e alle imprese la possibilità di godere pienamente dei loro diritti, rafforzino la fiducia reciproca e contribuiscano a creare un contesto favorevole agli affari e agli investimenti.Il quadro di valutazione UE della giustizia è una delle fonti di informazioni per la relazione annuale sullo Stato di diritto. Le sue conclusioni confluiscono inoltre nelle valutazioni specifiche per paese previste dal semestre europeo - il ciclo annuale di coordinamento delle politiche economiche dell'UE - nell'ambito del dispositivo per la ripresa e la resilienza e nel contesto dell'applicazione del regolamento sulla condizionalità dello Stato di diritto.
