Üksikasjad Avaldamiskuupäev7. detsember 2016 (Viimati ajakohastatud: 20. juuni 2023) Kirjeldus Komisjon koostab igal aastal haldus- ja tulemusaruande, milles esitatakse ülevaade ELi eelarve abiga saavutatud tulemuste kohta ja selgitatakse, kuidas eelarvet hallati ja kaitsti. See aruanne on ühtlasi komisjoni peamine sisend iga-aastases eelarve täitmise heakskiitmise menetluses. Aruandes kirjeldatakse ka meetmeid, mida komisjon võtab selleks, et tagada ELi eelarve haldamine kooskõlas usaldusväärse finantsjuhtimise kõrgeimate standarditega. Aruande vastuvõtmisega võtab komisjon üldise poliitilise vastutuse ELi eelarve haldamise eest. See on komisjoni iga-aastase strateegilise planeerimise ja programmitöö tsükli viimane etapp. Iga-aastane haldus- ja tulemusaruanne on komisjoni integreeritud finants- ja vastutusaruannete paketi osa, mis hõlmab ka muid aruandeid (nt konsolideeritud aastaaruanded). Integreeritud finants- ja vastutusaruannete pakett on komisjoni peamine sisend eelarve täitmisele heakskiidu andmise menetluses, mille kaudu Euroopa Parlament ja nõukogu annavad eelarve täitmisele konkreetsel aastal oma lõpliku heakskiidu.
