Podrobnosti Dátum uverejnenia7. decembra 2016 (Naposledy aktualizované: 20. júna 2023) Opis Komisia každý rok vypracúva správu o riadení a výkonnosti, ktorá poskytuje prehľad o výsledkoch dosiahnutých pomocou prostriedkov z rozpočtu EÚ a vysvetľuje, ako sa s rozpočtom hospodárilo a ako sa chránil. Táto správa je hlavným príspevkom Komisie do každoročného postupu udelenia rozpočtového absolutória. V správe sa uvádzajú kroky, ktoré Komisia podniká s cieľom zabezpečiť, aby sa s rozpočtom EÚ hospodárilo v súlade s najprísnejšími normami správneho finančného riadenia. Komisia prijatím tejto správy preberá celkovú politickú zodpovednosť za riadenie rozpočtu EÚ. Ide o posledné štádium v cykle ročného plánovania, programovania a podávania správ Komisie. Výročná správa o riadení a výkonnosti rozpočtu EÚ je súčasťou balíka integrovaného podávania finančných správ a správ o zodpovednosti Komisie, ktorý zahŕňa ďalšie správy, ako sú napr. konsolidované účtovné závierky. Balík integrovaného podávania finančných správ a správ o zodpovednosti predstavuje hlavný príspevok Komisie do každoročného postupu udelenia absolutória, prostredníctvom ktorého Európsky parlament a Rada udeľujú konečné schválenie plnenia rozpočtu za konkrétny rok.
