Podrobnosti Datum zveřejnění7. prosince 2016 (Poslední aktualizace: 20. června 2023) Popis Každoročně Komise také vypracovává výroční zprávu o řízení a výkonnosti, která poskytuje přehled o výsledcích dosažených v rozpočtu EU a objasňuje jeho řízení a ochranu. Zpráva je hlavním příspěvkem Komise ke každoročnímu procesu rozpočtového absolutoria. Tato zpráva uvádí taktéž kroky, které Komise přijímá, aby byl rozpočet EU spravován v souladu s nejvyššími standardy řádného finančního řízení. Jejím přijetím Komise přebírá celkovou politickou odpovědnost za správu rozpočtu EU. Jde o poslední fázi každoročního cyklu plánování a sestavování programů a zpráv Komise. Výroční zpráva o řízení a výkonnosti rozpočtu EU tvoří součást integrovaného balíčku finančních zpráv a zpráv o odpovědnosti Komise, který obsahuje další zprávy, jako jsou konsolidované účetní závěrky. Integrovaný soubor finančních zpráv a zpráv o odpovědnosti představuje hlavní příspěvek Komise k ročnímu postupu udělování absolutoria, kterým Evropský parlament a Rada vydávají konečné schválení ve věci plnění rozpočtu na určitý rok.
