Opis
Każda dyrekcja generalna Komisji Europejskiej posiada plan zarządzania na nadchodzący rok. Opisuje się w nim działania danej dyrekcji opierające się na priorytetach i celach strategicznych Komisji. Plan taki pozwala również lepiej zarządzać daną dyrekcją – planować, monitorować i sporządzać sprawozdania na temat wszystkich działań, zasobów i potrzeb kadrowych.
