Επίσης, επιτρέπει στη διεύθυνση της υπηρεσίας να σχεδιάζει, να παρακολουθεί και να συντάσσει εκθέσεις για όλες τις δραστηριότητες, τους πόρους και τις ανάγκες σε προσωπικό.
