Opis
Celem planów strategicznych i planów zarządzania jest wspieranie departamentów Komisji w dostosowywaniu ich prac do ogólnych celów polityki Komisji oraz planowanie działań i zarządzanie tymi działaniami tak, aby jak najefektywniej wykorzystywać zasoby.
W swoich planach strategicznych poszczególne departamenty Komisji opisują, w jaki sposób zamierzają przyczynić się do osiągnięcia 6 priorytetów politycznych Komisji. Określają swoje szczegółowe cele na okres pięciu lat, a także wskaźniki pomocne w śledzeniu postępów. Wszystkie departamenty co roku podsumowują poczynione postępy w swoich rocznych sprawozdaniach z działalności.
