Ko varat gaidīt?
Eiropas Komisijas priekšsēdētājs ik gadu Eiropas Parlamentā saka runu par stāvokli Savienībā (SOTEU), kurā viņš vai viņa izklāsta, kādas būs Komisijas prioritātes nākamajā gadā.
Šā gada runā Komisijas priekšsēdētāja Urzula fon der Leiena dalīsies ar savu redzējumu un galvenajām iniciatīvām nākamajam gadam, balstoties uz ES līdzšinējiem sasniegumiem.
2026. gada 16. septembrī runa par stāvokli Savienībā tiks straumēta šajā lapā.
Eiropas neatkarības stiprināšana
Pēdējā gada laikā mūsu centienu galvenā uzmanība ir bijusi vērsta uz Eiropas spējas rīkoties stiprināšanu mainīgā pasaulē. Eiropas Komisija ir strādājusi, lai palielinātu konkurētspēju, samazinātu stratēģisko atkarību, stiprinātu aizsardzību, atbalstītu Ukrainu, paplašinātu globālās partnerības un aizsargātu demokrātiju un iedzīvotājus. Šo centienu mērķis ir veidot neatkarīgāku, drošāku un pārtikušāku Eiropu. Mēs esam parādījuši, ka pārbaudījumu brīdī Eiropa kļūst saliedēta.

Galvenās darbības
- 2025. gada 16. oktobrisAizsardzības gatavības ceļvedis 2030. gadam Eiropas aizsardzības spēju stiprināšanai
Tas ietver tādus pamatprojektus kā “Austrumu flanga sardze”, “Eiropas dronu aizsardzības iniciatīva”, “Eiropas gaisa telpas vairogs” un “Eiropas kosmosa vairogs”. Pirmie pieci kopīgie projekti tika ierosināti 2026. gada jūlijā. Komisija ir arī iesniegusi militārās mobilitātes paketi, kuras mērķis ir izveidot “militāro Šengenas zonu”, kas nodrošinās karaspēka, ekipējuma un citu militāro aktīvu netraucētu pārvietošanu visā Eiropas Savienībā.
- 2025. gada 12. novembrisEiropas demokrātijas vairogs un ES pilsoniskās sabiedrības stratēģija
To mērķis ir veicināt aktīvāku iesaistīšanos, atbalstīt pilsoniskās sabiedrības organizācijas un veicināt noturīgas demokrātijas visā ES.
- 2025. gada 28. novembrisVidusjūras reģiona pakts
Mērķis ir padziļināt sadarbību un spert svarīgu soli ceļā uz stabilāku, drošāku un pārtikušāku kopējo Vidusjūras telpu.
- 2025. gada 10. decembrisEiropas elektrotīklu pakete un iniciatīva "Energomaģistrāles"
To mērķis ir paātrināt energoinfrastruktūras attīstību visā ES un sniegt īstermiņa atbalstu astoņiem no steidzamākajiem energoinfrastruktūras projektiem. Kopā ar Elektrifikācijas rīcības plānu un emisijas kvotu tirdzniecības sistēmas pārskatīšanu 2026. gada jūlijā Komisija vēlas padarīt Eiropu par pirmo kontinentu, kas primāri izmanto elektroenerģiju, un veikt pasākumus, kuru mērķis ir atbalstīt ES rūpniecību pārejā uz tīru enerģiju un elektrifikāciju.
- 2025. gada 16. decembrisEiropas cenas ziņā pieejamu mājokļu plāns
Tās mērķis ir palielināt mājokļu piedāvājumu un investīcijas un uzlabot piekļuvi cenas ziņā pieejamiem, ilgtspējīgiem un kvalitatīviem mājokļiem.
- 2026. gada 17. janvārisES un <i>Mercosur</i> paraksta vēsturisku tirdzniecības nolīgumu
Pagājušajā gadā ES ir noslēgusi tirdzniecības nolīgumus arī ar Austrāliju, Indiju, Indonēziju, Meksiku un Šveici. Tā arī turpināja sarunas ar Malaiziju, Filipīnām, Taizemi un Apvienotajiem Arābu Emirātiem.
- 2026. gada 10. februārisRīcības plāns pret kiberbulingu, lai aizsargātu jauniešus tiešsaistē
Komisija rāda priekšzīmi drošas digitālās telpas izveidē bērniem. 2026. gada aprīlī tā paziņoja par Eiropas vecuma verifikācijas lietotnes tehnisko gatavību, savukārt 2026. gada jūlijā Īpašā ekspertu grupa jautājumos par bērnu drošību tiešsaistē nāca klajā ar galīgo ziņojumu, kurā uzsvērtas kritiskās problēmas, ar kurām bērni saskaras tiešsaistē, un sniegti ieteikumi.
- 2026. gada 4. martsRūpniecības attīstības paātrināšanas akts
Tās mērķis ir palielināt pieprasījumu pēc Eiropā ražotiem mazoglekļa produktiem, stiprināt ražošanas un piegādes ķēdes, vienkāršot atļauju izsniegšanu un atbalstīt investīcijas un darbvietu radīšanu stratēģiski svarīgās nozarēs.
- 2026. gada 18. marts<i>EU Inc.</i> — jauns, fakultatīvs un digitāls pēc noklusējuma Eiropas uzņēmums
Tas iepazīstina ar vienotu korporatīvo noteikumu kopumu, kas atvieglos uzņēmumu dibināšanu, darbību un izaugsmi visā vienotajā tirgū.
- 2026. gada 24. aprīlisCeļvedis “Viena Eiropa, viens tirgus”
Tajā ir izklāstītas konkrētas darbības, mērķrādītāji un termiņi konkurētspējas stiprināšanai un vienotā tirgus izveides pabeigšanai līdz 2027. gadam.
- 2026. gada 6. maijsPirmā nabadzības novēršanas stratēģija
Pagājušajā gadā Komisija turpināja darbu pie līdztiesības savienības izveides. Papildus nabadzības novēršanas stratēģijai Komisija ir pieņēmusi LGBTIQ+ stratēģiju, ES rasisma apkarošanas stratēģiju, Eiropas dzimumu līdztiesības stratēģiju un pirmo Starppaaudžu taisnīguma stratēģiju.
- 2026. gada 13. maijsPasākumu pakete attiecībā uz pasažieriem, lai nodrošinātu netraucētus pārrobežu dzelzceļa pārvadājumus
Ar to ievieš vienotas biļetes rezervāciju un uzlabo pasažieru tiesības visos braucienos. Tā seko 2025. gada novembra transporta paketei, kuras mērķis ir paātrināt Eiropas ātrgaitas dzelzceļa tīkla izvēršanu un stimulētu investīcijas atjaunīgajās un mazoglekļa degvielās, kas tiek izmantotas aviācijā un kuģniecībā.
- 2026. gada 3. jūnijsEiropas tehnoloģiskās suverenitātes pakete
Tā ietver Mikroshēmu aktu 2.0, Mākoņdatošanas un MI attīstības aktu, Atvērtā pirmkoda stratēģiju un ceļvedi digitalizācijai un MI izmantošanai enerģētikā. Turklāt Komisija arī nāca klajā ar MI pielietošanas stratēģiju un stratēģiju “MI zinātnē”, lai paātrinātu MI izmantošanu visā ES, un nāca klajā ar rīcības plānu, kura mērķis ir novērst riskus un izmantot progresīvu MI modeļu iespējas kiberdrošības jomā.
- 2026. gada 15. jūnijsPadome sāk sarunas par pirmo pamatjautājumu kopu Ukrainas pievienošanās procesā.
Tas veido pamatu Ukrainas nākotnei Eiropas Savienībā. Eiropa ir parādījusi, ka tā atbalstīs Ukrainu tik ilgi, cik nepieciešams. ES valstis ir vienojušās arī par 90 miljardu eiro atbalstu Ukrainas budžetam un militārajām vajadzībām 2026. un 2027. gadā papildus jau piešķirtajiem vairāk nekā 200 miljardiem eiro.
- 2026. gada jūlijs un augustsVisā Eiropā plosās dabas ugunsgrēki
Vasarā vairākās ES valstīs izcēlās vairāki milzīgi dabas ugunsgrēki. Šovasar Komisija ir koordinējusi 777 ugunsdzēsēju un 41 lidaparāta izvietošanu pāri robežām, lai valstīm palīdzētu dzēst dabas ugunsgrēkus.
