Τι αναμένουμε;
Η ομιλία για την κατάσταση της Ένωσης είναι η ετήσια ομιλία που εκφωνεί ο/η πρόεδρος της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής ενώπιον του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και στην οποία αναγγέλλει τις προτεραιότητες της Ένωσης για το προσεχές έτος.
Στη φετινή ομιλία της, η πρόεδρος κ. Ούρσουλα φον ντερ Λάιεν θα μοιραστεί το όραμά της και τις σημαντικότερες πρωτοβουλίες για το επόμενο έτος, αξιοποιώντας τα μέχρι στιγμής επιτεύγματα της ΕΕ.
Στις 16 Σεπτεμβρίου 2026 σ’ αυτή τη σελίδα θα είναι διαθέσιμη η ζωντανή μετάδοση της ομιλίας για την κατάσταση της Ένωσης.
Η ανεξαρτησία της Ευρώπης γίνεται πραγματικότητα
Η ενίσχυση της ικανότητας της Ευρώπης να ενεργεί σε έναν μεταβαλλόμενο κόσμο αποτέλεσε το επίκεντρο των προσπαθειών μας κατά το προηγούμενο έτος. Η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή έχει εργαστεί για την τόνωση της ανταγωνιστικότητας, τη μείωση των στρατηγικών εξαρτήσεων, την ενίσχυση της άμυνας, τη στήριξη της Ουκρανίας, την επέκταση των παγκόσμιων εταιρικών σχέσεων και την προστασία της δημοκρατίας και των πολιτών. Οι προσπάθειες αυτές αποσκοπούν στην οικοδόμηση μιας πιο ανεξάρτητης, ασφαλούς και ευημερούσας Ευρώπης. Αποδεικνύουμε ότι, όταν δοκιμαζόμαστε, αντιδρούμε με ενότητα.

Βασικές δράσεις
- 16 Οκτωβρίου 2025Χάρτης πορείας για την αμυντική ετοιμότητα με ορίζοντα το 2030 με σκοπό την ενίσχυση των ευρωπαϊκών αμυντικών δυνατοτήτων
Περιλαμβάνει εμβληματικά έργα όπως το παρατηρητήριο της ανατολικής πτέρυγας, η ευρωπαϊκή πρωτοβουλία αντιδρονικής άμυνας, η ευρωπαϊκή αεροπορική ασπίδα και η ευρωπαϊκή διαστημική ασπίδα. Τα πρώτα πέντε κοινά έργα προτάθηκαν τον Ιούλιο του 2026. Η Επιτροπή παρουσίασε επίσης τη δέσμη μέτρων για τη στρατιωτική κινητικότητα με σκοπό τη δημιουργία στρατιωτικού χώρου Σένγκεν που θα διασφαλίζει την απρόσκοπτη μετακίνηση στρατευμάτων, εξοπλισμού και άλλων στρατιωτικών μέσων σε ολόκληρη την ΕΕ.
- 12 Νοεμβρίου 2025Ευρωπαϊκή Ασπίδα Δημοκρατίας και στρατηγική της ΕΕ για την κοινωνία των πολιτών
Στόχος τους είναι να ενθαρρύνουν την ισχυρότερη συμμετοχή, να στηρίξουν τις οργανώσεις της κοινωνίας των πολιτών και να προωθήσουν ανθεκτικές δημοκρατίες σε ολόκληρη την ΕΕ.
- 28 Νοεμβρίου 2025Σύμφωνο για τη Μεσόγειο
Στόχος είναι η εμβάθυνση της συνεργασίας και η πραγματοποίηση ενός σημαντικού βήματος προς έναν πιο σταθερό, ασφαλή και ευημερούντα κοινό μεσογειακό χώρο.
- 10 Δεκεμβρίου 2026Δέσμη μέτρων για τα ευρωπαϊκά δίκτυα και πρωτοβουλία «Ενεργειακές λεωφόροι»
Αποσκοπούν στην επιτάχυνση της ανάπτυξης ενεργειακών υποδομών σε ολόκληρη την ΕΕ, και στην παροχή βραχυπρόθεσμης στήριξης σε οκτώ από τα πλέον επείγοντα έργα ενεργειακών υποδομών. Μαζί με το σχέδιο δράσης για τον εξηλεκτρισμό και την επανεξέταση του συστήματος εμπορίας δικαιωμάτων εκπομπών τον Ιούλιο του 2026, η Επιτροπή θέλει να καταστήσει την Ευρώπη την πρώτη ήπειρο που λειτουργεί με ηλεκτρική ενέργεια και να θεσπίσει μέτρα για τη στήριξη της βιομηχανίας της ΕΕ στην καθαρή μετάβαση και τον εξηλεκτρισμό.
- 16 Δεκεμβρίου 2025Ευρωπαϊκό σχέδιο οικονομικά προσιτής στέγασης
Αποσκοπεί στην τόνωση της προσφοράς κατοικιών και των επενδύσεων στη στέγαση, καθώς και στη βελτίωση της πρόσβασης σε οικονομικά προσιτή, βιώσιμη και καλής ποιότητας στέγαση.
- 17 Ιανουαρίου 2026Η ΕΕ και η Mercosur υπογράφουν ιστορική εμπορική συμφωνία
Το περασμένο έτος, η ΕΕ συνήψε εμπορικές συμφωνίες και με την Αυστραλία, την Ινδία, την Ινδονησία, το Μεξικό και την Ελβετία. Συνέχισε επίσης τις διαπραγματεύσεις με τη Μαλαισία, τις Φιλιππίνες, την Ταϊλάνδη και τα Ηνωμένα Αραβικά Εμιράτα.
- 10 Φεβρουαρίου 2026Σχέδιο δράσης κατά του κυβερνοεκφοβισμού για την προστασία των νέων στο διαδίκτυο
Η Επιτροπή πρωτοστατεί στη δημιουργία ενός ασφαλούς ψηφιακού χώρου για τα παιδιά. Τον Απρίλιο του 2026 ανακοίνωσε την τεχνική ετοιμότητα μιας ευρωπαϊκής εφαρμογής για την επαλήθευση της ηλικίας, ενώ τον Ιούλιο του 2026 η ειδική ομάδα για την ασφάλεια των παιδιών στο διαδίκτυο υπέβαλε την τελική της έκθεση, η οποία επισημαίνει τις κρίσιμες προκλήσεις που αντιμετωπίζουν τα παιδιά στο διαδίκτυο και παρέχει συστάσεις.
- 4 Μαρτίου 2026Πράξη για την επιτάχυνση της βιομηχανικής παραγωγής
Αποσκοπεί στην ενίσχυση της ζήτησης για ευρωπαϊκά προϊόντα χαμηλών ανθρακούχων εκπομπών, την ενίσχυση των αλυσίδων παραγωγής και εφοδιασμού, την απλούστευση της αδειοδότησης και τη στήριξη των επενδύσεων και της δημιουργίας θέσεων εργασίας σε στρατηγικούς τομείς.
- 18 Μαρτίου 2026EU Inc. — ένα νέο, προαιρετικό και εξ ορισμού ψηφιακό ευρωπαϊκό εταιρικό πλαίσιο
Θεσπίζει ένα ενιαίο σύνολο εταιρικών κανόνων που διευκολύνει τη σύσταση, τη λειτουργία και την ανάπτυξη των επιχειρήσεων σε ολόκληρη την ενιαία αγορά.
- 24 Απριλίου 2026Χάρτης πορείας «Μία Ευρώπη, μία αγορά»
Καθορίζει συγκεκριμένες δράσεις, στόχους και χρονοδιαγράμματα για την ενίσχυση της ανταγωνιστικότητας και την ολοκλήρωση της ενιαίας αγοράς έως το 2027.
- 6 Μαΐου 2026Πρώτη στρατηγική για την καταπολέμηση της φτώχειας
Το περασμένο έτος, η Επιτροπή συνέχισε τις εργασίες της για τη δημιουργία μιας Ένωσης ισότητας. Εκτός από τη στρατηγική για την καταπολέμηση της φτώχειας, η Επιτροπή ενέκρινε τη στρατηγική για τα άτομα ΛΟΑΤΚΙ+, τη στρατηγική της ΕΕ για την καταπολέμηση του ρατσισμού, τη στρατηγική για την ισότητα των φύλων και την πρώτη στρατηγική για τη διαγενεακή δικαιοσύνη.
- 13 Μαΐου 2026Δέσμη μέτρων για τους επιβάτες, ώστε να καταστούν δυνατές οι απρόσκοπτες διασυνοριακές σιδηροδρομικές μετακινήσεις
Εισάγει την κράτηση ενιαίου εισιτηρίου και ενισχύει τα δικαιώματα των επιβατών σε όλα τα ταξίδια. Αποτελεί συνέχεια της δέσμης μέτρων για τις μεταφορές, του Νοεμβρίου 2025, με σκοπό την επιτάχυνση της ανάπτυξης του σιδηροδρομικού δικτύου υψηλής ταχύτητας της Ευρώπης και την τόνωση των επενδύσεων σε ανανεώσιμα καύσιμα και καύσιμα χαμηλών ανθρακούχων εκπομπών για την αεροπορία και τη ναυτιλία.
- 3 Ιουνίου 2026Δέσμη μέτρων για την ευρωπαϊκή τεχνολογική κυριαρχία
Περιλαμβάνει τον κανονισμό για τα μικροκυκλώματα 2.0, την πράξη για το υπολογιστικό νέφος και την ανάπτυξη της ΤΝ, τη στρατηγική ανοικτού κώδικα και τον χάρτη πορείας για την ψηφιοποίηση και την ΤΝ στην ενέργεια. Η Επιτροπή δρομολόγησε επίσης τη στρατηγική για την εφαρμογή της ΤΝ και τη στρατηγική για την ΤΝ στην επιστήμη με σκοπό την επίσπευση της χρήσης της ΤΝ σε ολόκληρη την ΕΕ και παρουσίασε σχέδιο δράσης για την αντιμετώπιση των κινδύνων και την αξιοποίηση των ευκαιριών των προηγμένων μοντέλων ΤΝ για την κυβερνοασφάλεια.
- 15 Ιουνίου 2026Το Συμβούλιο ξεκινά διαπραγματεύσεις για την πρώτη ομάδα κεφαλαίων της διαδικασίας προσχώρησης της Ουκρανίας.
Αυτό θέτει τα θεμέλια για το μέλλον της Ουκρανίας στην ΕΕ. Η Ευρώπη έχει αποδείξει ότι θα σταθεί στο πλευρό της Ουκρανίας για όσο διάστημα χρειαστεί. Οι χώρες της ΕΕ συμφώνησαν να διαθέσουν επιπλέον 90 δισ. ευρώ για τη στήριξη του προϋπολογισμού και των στρατιωτικών αναγκών της Ουκρανίας το 2026 και το 2027, επιπροσθέτως των 200 δισ. ευρώ και πλέον που έχουν ήδη διατεθεί.
- Ιούλιος και Αύγουστος 2026Δασικές πυρκαγιές σε ολόκληρη την Ευρώπη
Κατά τη διάρκεια του καλοκαιριού ξέσπασαν αρκετές τεράστιες δασικές πυρκαγιές σε αρκετές χώρες της ΕΕ. Η Επιτροπή έχει συντονίσει και αναπτύξει 777 πυροσβέστες, και 41 αεροσκάφη σε διασυνοριακό επίπεδο για να συνδράμει τις χώρες στην αντιμετώπιση των δασικών πυρκαγιών.
