Čo očakávať?
Správa o stave Únie (SOTEU) je každoročný prejav predsedu či predsedníčky Európskej komisie v Európskom parlamente, v ktorom sa stanovujú priority Únie na ďalší rok.
V tohtoročnom prejave predsedníčka Ursula von der Leyenová predstaví svoju víziu a hlavné iniciatívy na nasledujúci rok, ktoré nadväzujú na doterajšie úspechy EÚ.

Zabezpečenie nezávislosti Európy
V minulom roku bolo naše úsilie zamerané na posilnenie schopnosti Európy konať v meniacom sa svete. Európska komisia sa usiluje o zvýšenie konkurencieschopnosti, zníženie strategických závislostí, posilnenie obrany, podporu Ukrajiny, rozšírenie globálnych partnerstiev a ochranu demokracie a občanov. Cieľom tohto úsilia je vybudovať nezávislejšiu, bezpečnejšiu a prosperujúcejšiu Európu. Dokazujeme, že keď sme podrobovaní skúškam, Európa sa dokáže zomknúť.

Kľúčové opatrenia
- 16. októbra 2025Plán obrannej pripravenosti do roku 2030 na posilnenie európskych obranných spôsobilostí
Zahŕňa vlajkové projekty, ako je Stráž východného krídla, Európska iniciatíva protidronovej obrany, Európsky štít protivzdušnej obrany a Európsky vesmírny štít. Prvých päť spoločných projektov bolo navrhnutých v júli 2026. Komisia takisto predložila balík opatrení v oblasti vojenskej mobility s cieľom vybudovať schengenský vojenský priestor, ktorý zabezpečí plynulý pohyb jednotiek, vybavenia a iných vojenských prostriedkov v celej EÚ.
- 12. novembra 2025Európsky štít na obranu demokracie a stratégia EÚ pre občiansku spoločnosť
Ich cieľom je podnietiť väčšiu angažovanosť, podporiť organizácie občianskej spoločnosti a presadzovať odolnosť demokracie v celej EÚ.
- 28. novembra 2025Pakt pre Stredozemie
Cieľom je prehĺbiť spoluprácu a urobiť dôležitý krok smerom k stabilnejšiemu, bezpečnejšiemu a prosperujúcejšiemu spoločnému stredozemskému priestoru.
- 10. decembra 2025Balík opatrení pre európske elektrizačné sústavy a iniciatíva Energetické diaľnice
Ich cieľom je urýchliť rozvoj energetickej infraštruktúry v celej EÚ a poskytnúť krátkodobú podporu ôsmim z najnaliehavejších projektov energetickej infraštruktúry. Vďaka akčnému plánu elektrifikácie a revízii systému obchodovania, ku ktorej došlo v júli 2026, chce Komisia docieliť, aby sa Európa stala prvým kontinentom poháňaným elektrinou. Komisia zároveň predložila opatrenia na podporu priemyslu EÚ pri prechode na čistú energiu a elektrifikáciu.
- 16. decembra 2025Európsky plán pre cenovo dostupné bývanie
Jeho cieľom je podporiť ponuku bývania a investície doň a zlepšiť prístup k cenovo dostupnému, udržateľnému a kvalitnému bývaniu.
- 17. januára 2026EÚ a združenie Mercosur podpisujú historickú obchodnú dohodu
V minulom roku EÚ uzavrela obchodné dohody aj s Austráliou, Indiou, Indonéziou, Mexikom a so Švajčiarskom. Pokračovala aj v rokovaniach s Malajziou, Filipínami, Thajskom a so Spojenými arabskými emirátmi.
- 10. februára 2026Akčný plán proti kybernetickému šikanovaniu na ochranu mladých ľudí online
Komisia je lídrom pri vytváraní bezpečného digitálneho priestoru pre deti. V apríli 2026 oznámila, že ukončila technickú prípravu európskej aplikácie na overovanie veku, zatiaľ čo v júli 2026 predložil osobitný panel pre bezpečnosť detí online svoju záverečnú správu, v ktorej upozorňuje na kritické výzvy, ktorým deti čelia online, a poskytuje odporúčania.
- 4. marca 2026Akt na urýchlenie rozvoja priemyslu
Jeho cieľom je zvýšiť dopyt po nízkouhlíkových európskych výrobkoch, posilniť výrobné a dodávateľské reťazce, zjednodušiť udeľovanie povolení a podporiť investície a vytváranie pracovných miest v strategických odvetviach.
- 18. marca 2026EU Inc. – nový voliteľný, štandardne digitálny európsky rámec pre podniky
Zavádza sa ním jednotný súbor pravidiel pre podniky, ktorý uľahčí zakladanie, prevádzku a rast podnikov na celom jednotnom trhu.
- 24. apríla 2026Plán Jedna Európa, jeden trh
Stanovujú sa v ňom konkrétne opatrenia, ciele a harmonogramy na posilnenie konkurencieschopnosti a dokončenie jednotného trhu do roku 2027.
- 6. mája 2026Vôbec prvá stratégia v oblasti boja proti chudobe
V minulom roku Komisia pokračovala vo svojej práci na vytvorení únie rovnosti. Okrem stratégie v oblasti boja proti chudobe Komisia prijala stratégiu pre rovnosť LGBTIQ+ osôb, stratégiu EÚ proti rasizmu, stratégiu pre rodovú rovnosť a vôbec prvú stratégiu pre medzigeneračnú spravodlivosť.
- 13. mája 2026Balík opatrení pre cestujúcich s cieľom umožniť plynulú cezhraničnú železničnú dopravu
Zavádza sa ním možnosť rezervácie jedného cestovného lístka a posilňujú sa práva cestujúcich počas celej cesty. Nadväzuje na balík opatrení v oblasti dopravy z novembra 2025 a jeho cieľom je urýchliť zavádzanie európskej vysokorýchlostnej železničnej siete a stimulovať investície do obnoviteľných a nízkouhlíkových palív pre leteckú a lodnú dopravu.
- 3. júna 2026Balík opatrení v záujme európskej technologickej suverenity
Zahŕňa akt o čipoch 2.0, akt o rozvoji cloudových služieb a umelej inteligencie, stratégiu pre otvorené zdroje a plán digitalizácie a umelej inteligencie v energetike. Komisia okrem toho spustila aj stratégiu využívania umelej inteligencie a stratégiu pre umelú inteligenciu vo vede s cieľom urýchliť využívanie umelej inteligencie v celej EÚ a predložila akčný plán na riešenie rizík a využitie príležitostí spojených s pokročilými modelmi umelej inteligencie pre kybernetickú bezpečnosť.
- 15. júna 2026Rada začala rokovania o prvom bloku prístupového procesu Ukrajiny.
Tým sa položili základy pre budúcnosť Ukrajiny v EÚ. Európa preukázala, že bude stáť po boku Ukrajiny tak dlho, ako to bude potrebné. EÚ krajiny okrem toho schválili ďalších 90 miliárd eur na podporu rozpočtu a vojenských potrieb Ukrajiny v rokoch 2026 a 2027, ktorými doplnila poskytnutú podporu vo výške viac ako 200 miliárd eur.
- júl a august 2026Prírodné požiare v celej Európe
V lete došlo vo viacerých krajinách EÚ k rozsiahlym prírodným požiarom. Komisia koordinovala cezhraničné nasadenie 777 hasičov a 41 lietadiel s cieľom pomôcť krajinám bojovať proti prírodným požiarom.
