We committed to becoming the first climate-neutral continent and invested in innovation, clean technology and green infrastructure.
We supported innovation, protected citizens’ and businesses’ rights online, and helped people to gain the skills they need.
We created a more attractive environment for businesses and ensured fairer conditions for workers.
We responded to crises around the world, lead the global fight against climate change, and developed a new generation of international partnerships.
We stepped up our security and defence, developed a new approach to migration, and increased Europe’s emergency preparedness.
We gave Europeans a bigger say in EU policymaking and strengthened our democracy against foreign interference.
