Given a number of judgments have already been delivered and further litigation is ongoing at national, European and international level over the enforcement of climate commitments, there is a need to take stock on where we stand and understand what to expect in the coming years.The conference will offer ample opportunity to engage in informal in-person discussions, now that the pandemic is behind us.Join the conference either in person, in Brussels, or follow the debates on-line.We count on your participation, expertise and support in inviting as many relevant stakeholders as possible to join us, in order to have a fruitful dialogue and to broaden the understanding of these topics.The participants of the conference will also get a personal copy of the recent publication of the Legal Service “70 years of EU law.
