Sestavljajo ga štirje deli: pregled financ EU v danem letu prihodki EU odhodki iz proračuna EU priloge (odhodki in prihodki po razdelkih, vrstah virov in državah članicah; operativni neto položaj; izterjave in finančni popravki ter najemanje in dajanje posojil) Zadnja izdaja finančnega poročila je bila objavljena za leto 2018. Poročilo je bilo nadomeščeno s Integrated Financial and Accountability Reportingpovzetkom prejšnjega finančnega poročila (ki vsebuje predvsem ključne elemente in ključne podatke). Interaktivni prikaz prihodkov in odhodkov na spletni strani Europa, ki vsebuje tudi tabele, ki jih je mogoče prenesti, vsebuje podrobne podatke za obdobje 2000–2020 po državah članicah.
