Obsahovala štyri oddiely: prehľad finančných prostriedkov EÚ v danom roku príjmy EÚ výdavky z rozpočtu EÚ prílohy (výdavky a príjmy podľa okruhov, druhov zdrojov a členských štátov, prevádzkové rozpočtové saldá, spätne získané prostriedky alebo finančné opravy a operácie prijímania a poskytovania pôžičiek). Posledné vydanie finančnej správy bolo uverejnené za rok 2018. Správa bola nahradená Integrated Financial and Accountability Reportingsúhrnnou verziou predchádzajúcej finančnej správy (obsahujúcou kľúčové prvky a údaje). V interaktívnom grafe výdavkov a príjmov na webovom sídle Europa, ktorý obsahuje aj tabuľky na stiahnutie, nájdete podrobné údaje týkajúce sa jednotlivých členských štátov za obdobie 2000 – 2020.
