Description

The European Commission, represented by the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) (hereinafter referred to as “EPSO” or "the contracting authority"), intends to conclude a framework contract for services related to the organisation of language tests for the purpose of assessing the ability of staff of the Institutions, Bodies and Agencies (I/B/A) to work in a third language.
