The Recovery and Resilience Facility
The European Semester has been adapted to take into account the creation of the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
With broader scope and enhanced multilateral surveillance, the European Semester will complement the implementation of:
- Europe’s Recovery Plan
- reforms and investments through the national Recovery and Resilience Plans
- Europe’s clean energy transition through REPowerEU
- and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
