The European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) is helping to finance infrastructure and innovation projects as well as SMEs and Mid-Caps. Mobilisation of private capital is a key feature of the EFSI and currently represents about 80% of the total expected investment value. This is the state of play as of January 2016
