Jacques Delors (1925. – 2023.) Jacques Delors oblikovao je svoju viziju ujedinjene Europe. Bio je gorljivi zagovornik poslijeratne europske integracije i oblikovao je Europsku uniju kakvu poznajemo danas. Obnašao je dužnost predsjednika Europske komisije tri mandata, od siječnja 1985. do kraja 1994. To je razdoblje bilo obilježeno borbom za slobodu i socijalnu pravdu te solidarnošću – vrijednostima koje su temelj naše Unije.
