Subject to any transitional arrangement that may be contained in a possible withdrawal agreement, as of the withdrawal date, EU legislation in the field of the provision of information society services, in particular Directive 2000/31/EC (Directive on electronic commerce) and Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 on open internet, will no longer apply to the United Kingdom.
