Estimated total value of the contract:30 000 EUR (+30 000 EUR for possible renewal)

Indicative date of the launch of the procedure: 15/02/2022

Duration of the contract: 6 months with possibility of renewal

Deadline for expression of interest: 14/02/2022

Description :

a) Rental of 3 minivans for the period of 6 months (with possibility of renewal for another 6 months)

b) all types of drive - fuel, diesel at least EURO5, hybrid, electric

c) all types of brands/producers 2000 kms per van per month allowance

d) 8-9 seats

e) multiple drivers possibility (up to 10)

f) possibility to drive outside Belgium (not outside EU)

g) all insurances included - OMNIUM package (with no deductibles)

h) pick up point in the radius of max. 3 kms from Schuman area, Brussels OR delivery to European Commission, Berlaymont building, Rue Stevin & Boulevard Charlemagne, 1000, Brussels.

i) Replacement vehicles must be provided
