Flexibility and resilience Number of arrivals can change rapidly Migration preparedness and crisis Blueprint The Blueprint Network is central to setting up a common, data-driven situational picture, agreed by all Member States, Schengen Associated Countries, Agencies and International Organisations. Its aim is to improve early warning and operational response.Since the onset of the war in Ukraine, the Blueprint Network held over 125 meetings and issued as many reports, supporting swift political and operational decision-making. The Blueprint Network supported in a similar way the management of crises in Afghanistan, Belarus, and the Western Balkans.Since February 2023, as called for by the European Council, the network covers systematically situational awareness, analysis and trend detection on all migratory routes.
