The investment, which is supported by the Recovery and Resilience facility with EUR 27 million (approximately DKK 201 million), aims to reduce the emissions caused by domestic ferries in Denmark which are essential for the cohesion of the country.

The objective of this investment is to prolong an existing scheme, Bredbåndspuljen, which shall roll out very high-speed internet access (minimum 100 Mbps) in rural areas of Denmark where existing coverage is poor due to lack of sufficient market incentives.

The investment “climate and environment friendly agriculture and food production” is the third of the four missions of the research programme to accelerate the development of climate-friendly technology solutions.

With an allocation of EUR 23.5 million from the Recovery and Resilience Facility, the investment “green fuels for transport and industry” is the second of the four missions of the research programme to accelerate the development of climate-friendly technology solutions.

The investment “carbon capture and storage or use of CO2”, which the Recovery and Resilience Facility supports with EUR  23.5 million (approximately DKK 175 million), is the first of the four missions of the research programme to accelerate the development of climate-friendly technology solutions.

With EUR 400,000 the Recovery and Resilience Facility supports this investment, which consists in information and behavioural campaigns aimed at informing about the challenges related to ‘transport waste’ as well as highlighting the benefits for citizens, companies and society.

This investment, which is supported by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 27 million (approximately DKK 20 million), allows Denmark to upscale the most promising technologies on the market in order to increase carbon storage in the agricultural sector.

The Danish government established an expert group called “digitalisation partnership”, consisting of the main stakeholders of the industry (including business representatives and experts).

As part of a lager green road transport agreement, the Danish Government has put in place a scheme that increases the incentives for consumers to choose zero or low emission vehicles.
