Commission launched Princesse IV: a new open call for tenders for the acquisition of Print-as-a-Service

The European Commission has published on 2 December 2024 the open call for tenders Princesse IV for the acquisition of printing, copying and scanning as a service (Print-as-a-Service). 

The objective of this call for tenders is to establish a new sourcing approach towards a Print-as-a-Service model to cover the office needs of the European Commission and 60 European Union Institutions, Agencies and Bodies participating in this procedure. 

The resulting framework contract will be signed for a maximum duration of 6 years with an indicative total budget of EUR 82 056 000.

Princesse IV call for tenders is  open for submission until 27 January 2025.
