RSSThe Directorate‑General for Interpretation is the Commission’s interpreting service and conference organiser, providing support for the smooth running of multilingual meetings.

The department for Migration and Home Affairs oversees the European Commission's policies on citizenship, migration and home affairs.
The department for Mobility and Transport oversees the European Commission's policy on transport for private and professional purposes.
The Paymaster Office manages the financial entitlements of the staff of the European Commission and certain other EU institution staff.
The Publications Office produces and disseminates legal and general publications in a variety of paper and electronic formats
The Recovery and Resilience Task Force was operational until 1 February 2025. The Reform and Investment Task Force has taken over its responsibilities.
The Reform and Investment Task Force supports the design and implementation of growth-enhancing reforms and investments by managing the Recovery and Resilience Facility and implementing the Technical Support Instrument.
The Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy develops and implements the Commission's policies on regions and cities.
The Directorate-General for Research and Innovation manages and develops EU policy on research, science and innovation.
The Secretariat-General supports the Commission President and the whole Commission, and manages the overall coherence of the Commission’s work.
The Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support was operational until 1 February 2025. The Reform and Investment Task Force has taken over its responsibilities.
The Directorate-General for Taxation and Customs Union develops and manages the Commission's policies on taxation and customs.
The Directorate-General for Trade works on EU policy on trade and manages trade and investment relations with non-EU countries.
The Directorate-General for Translation translates written texts for the European Commission into and out of the EU's 24 official languages.
