Vrtnarija Adamič - Faster entry of young people into the labour market

The aim of the scheme Faster entry of young people into the labour market is to enable people up to 29 years to move to permanent employment, gain work experience and additional competences.

Vrtnarija Adamič employed a young person for an indefinite period. During the first 18 months, the job takes place under mentorship, during which 30 hours of training will be completed by both the mentor and the employees. During this period, the employer is entitled to financial support.

The scheme contributes to gaining work experience, increasing young people’s social security and strengthening the resilience of young employees to fluctuations in the economy in the event of crises.
