TERRITORIAL PROJECTS FOR VULNERABLE GROUPS

In the framework of investment 4, C23 of the Plan, this job search support programme was launched in June 2022 in cooperation with the Public Employment Service of Asturias (SEPEPA).The main objective is to facilitate access to the labour market for more than 400 people in vulnerable situations in the areas of Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés.

Through a novel public-private colaboration in the area, the programme promotes access to digital skills and contributing to the autonomy of the people who benefit from it.

Ingeus provides flexible and comprehensive coaching; ensures intermediation between firms and job searchers; it  provides specialised training to increase the chances of finding a job and social integration, including by reducing the digital divide.
