Copyright: AJUNTAMENT DE SOLSONA The Solsona City Council, in collaboration with the Union of Shopkeepers and Merchants of Solsona (UBIC), launches a plan to revitalize its local commerce financed by NextGenerationEU funds. The plan includes a total of eighteen actions, such as organizing training seminars on digitalization and waste reduction for merchants, hosting fairs, events, and campaigns like 'I buy in Solsona', improving commercial signage, enhancing the urban fabric with the renovation of the pavement in Camp Square, expanding green spaces, and renewing lighting. Additionally, it involves creating the brand 'Ensolsona't' to promote local consumption. There's also the production and screening of the short film 'Xinxunxan' about the role of local commerce in Solsona's collective imagination, deploying a shopping collection system for online orders, and beautifying disused shop windows on the main commercial axis with photos of historic establishments. The project is part of Solsona's Local Development Plan 2019-2030.
