Copyright: Ministry of Health This reform aims to develop and implement a Coordination, Navigation, and Multichannel Service Mechanism, integrating advanced technological infrastructures that enhance citizen services and upgrade, through modern information systems and digital tools, the overall quality and efficiency of the national healthcare system.As part of this reform, the free four-digit helpline “1566” has been established and is now fully operational. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing citizens with reliable information and services related to health matters.Through the “1566” helpline, citizens can schedule appointments across all Primary Health Care units, with EOPYY-affiliated doctors, personal doctors, public hospitals and Mental Health structures.
