Law no. 212/2022 proposes the following:

• Definition of seismic risk classes in accordance with the Seismic Design Code, P100-3/2019;
• The introduction of rapid visual evaluation as a preliminary stage to the realization of technical expertise;
• Funding of seismic risk reduction actions from the state budget to multi-storey buildings with the main purpose of housing, as well as buildings owned or managed by central and local public administration authorities and institutions, classified in seismic risk class RsI and RsII., etc.
