Entry into force of legislation and implementing rules on voucher system for domestic workers

The draft law on the regulation of the domestic provider’s activity was elaborated and published for public consultation on the institutional website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Solidarity, together with the statement of reasons, in the period: 22.11.2021- 04.01.2022.

This step was in accordance with the provisions of art. 7 of Law no. 52/2003 on decisional transparency in public administration, with the subsequent amendments and additions.
