Enhancing e-system for issuing building permits

The objective of the investment is to increase the efficiency of building permit procedures.

The enhancement of the e-application environment of the existing Hippodamos system to enable the submission of applications for planning and building permits for all planning authorities and building authorities (municipalities) from a common platform has been completed as of December 2022.

As regards to the upgrading of the other Hippodamos functionalities these are ongoing.The enhancement of the planning and control tool and project management tool is ongoing and expected to be completed by Q3 2025. For the hardware and software, the contract was singed in August 2024. The completion of milestone is expected by August 2025.
