Development of the IT system of the Agency for Agricultural Markets and Rural Development - The digital transition in agriculture, food and forestry

The objective of the measure is to digitalise the processes for the implementation of the Common Agricultural Policy, which will allow for more efficient and faster entry and processing of applications, reduce the burden on farmers and facilitate communication.

Three activities are subject to co-financing :
1. satellite-based monitoring of surfaces and communication portal for farmers (Sopotnik);
2. geographically tagged photographs to be sent by farmers when implementing different measures; 
3. upgrade and renewal of the electronic entry of applications, claims and reports in connection with area monitoring and geographically tagged photos for the purposes of rural development measures.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 2.76 million, while the total value of the investment is EUR 3.37 million. The project started in January 2022 and will be finalised by June 2026.
