Creation of a network of day centres for children at risk of separation ZLATNA city, ALBA county

The general objective of the investment is the rehabilitation, modernization, and equipping of a day center in the town of ZLATNA, ALBA County, aimed at providing counseling and support for parents and children by diversifying services for the prevention of child-family separation. The center will provide access to social support services to prevent child-family separation for families in various risk situations, including family abandonment, school dropout, poor socio-economic conditions, overcrowded housing, and single-parent families.

This building shall comply with the nearly zero energy building requirement according to national guidelines.
