Accelerating the digitisation of film production and distribution; Project: Accelerating the digitalization of film production and distribution at the Filmtett Associati

The Filmtett Association runs the following programs: editing the film education portal filmtett.ro (in Hungarian) with about 50,000 visitors per month; organizing film projects, including Filmtettfest - Hungarian Film Days, which reached its 24th edition in 2024; organizing the international filmmaking workshop Filmtett Workshop, which reached its 19th edition; documentary filmmaking. Since 2016, the Filmtett Association has also been involved in the cinematographic distribution of European films, especially arthouse films from Central Europe. Filmtett Association has distributed over ten feature films in the last two years. 

Through this project, the Association wishes to acquire tangible and intangible assets, inventory items and services for the production and distribution of at least one audiovisual content. The Filmtett Association is active in both distribution and production. For the distribution of digital content it is intended to increase the capacity of distribution - realization of DCP master by acquiring a high-performance digital post-production station, as well as by realizing a VOD microplatform through which the acquired films can be distributed in TVOD regime. It is also intended to increase the digital production capacity through the acquisition of filming equipment and the realization of an audio-visual material representative of the Filmtett Association.
