Implementation Dialogues: Listening to Deliver
Launched in 2025 as a new political consultation tool, Implementation Dialogues gather stakeholder insights on where EU rules create friction, uncertainty or unnecessary costs. Over the course of the year, every Member of the College, engaged directly with 1.049 stakeholders from all 27 Member States across 51 dialogues with industry, SMEs, social partners, civil society and NGOs, as well as national, regional and local authorities, ensuring representation across all levels of governance. The insights, which among others include – implementation gaps, legal uncertainties, practical burdens – allow us to deliver on the Commission's simplification and implementation agenda: cutting red tape, reducing compliance costs for a better and more competitive Europe for businesses and citizens alike.
