Using Clear Writing in the tax and customs administration

Greece’s Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR) has set the aim of training their staff in Clear Writing in order to achieve better internal and external communication. This hands-on seminar focused on IAPR’s specific needs and texts. Participants will be shown how IAPR’s texts can be deconstructed and recomposed according to the readers’ needs. This includes the language, as well as the structure and formatting of these texts. New templates for IAPR’s various types of documents will be prepared in the framework of this workshop.
