In the age of artificial intelligence, machine translation has exceeded quality standards unpredictable 10 years ago. The speed of change is such that, from the perspective of translation studies, it is worth considering what is happening and how this transformation affects the different translation specialisations.

This workshop is a forum to explore the potential of machine translation in the different fields of specialised translation: institutional, training, training of TA systems, user-generated content, legal translation, literature, terminology, project management, post-edition, video game localisation and audiovisual translation.
