Investing in defence, security and space
Through the European Competitiveness Fund, the EU will dedicate €131 billion to support investment in defence, security, and space — a fivefold increase compared to the current budget period.

Military mobility
Military mobility funding under the Connecting Europe Facility will increase tenfold, enabling infrastructure that serves civilian and military needs.

A firm and fair approach to migration and security
To address migration and internal security challenges, the new budget will allocate €81 billion - three times more than the current MFF.
