EU funding for Roma integration

For the 2014-2020 period, Luxembourg will be allocated a total of €59.7 million under the Cohesion Policy. At least 50.7% of this amount will be spent on the ESF, with at least 20% of this going towards the promotion of social inclusion and combating poverty. The latter amount could also finance Roma-related measures.

National Roma integration strategy

Luxembourg’s national Roma integration strategy is not a strategy as such, but rather an integrated set of policy measures within Luxembourg’s social inclusion policies. A panel of experts supervises the implementation of the international convention on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination (Comité pour l’élimination de la discrimination raciale - CERD).
