The new EU Roma strategic framework for equality, inclusion and participation (full package)

The first direct contribution to implementing the EU Action Plan against racism 2020-2025, the EU Roma strategic framework aims to give all Roma the opportunity to realise their full potential. To this end, the new initiative sets out a comprehensive three-pillar approach: equality with all other members of society, social and economic inclusion, and participation in political, social, economic and cultural life. This strategic framework is accompanied by a proposal for a Council Recommendation ensuring that the Commission and Member States work hand in hand.
