Youth centre - Kardzali

With over EUR 27.5 million, the Recovery and Resilience Facility supports the establishment of 18 youth centres in Bulgaria.

The project "Establishment of a youth centre in the city of Kardzali" is funded with BGN 4.3 million from the RRP.

It will support the setting up and equipment of a youth center with a modern vision, which provides a wide range of educational, civic and cultural activities to help the personal development and employability of students and young people, including innovative activities for the region, activities for social inclusion, overcoming social isolation and improving emplyability,  

The center will support the personal development of at least 1,200 young people, of which at least 240 coming from vulnerable groups.

The project is expected to be completed by 30 June 2026.
