The purpose of this investment is to increase the attractiveness of tourist destinations by developing the Castle route, one of the 12 thematic cultural routes and create new jobs in the tourism industry.

The Sturdza Castle is a monumental building located in the dendrological park in the village of Miclăușeni, the North East area of Romania, in Iasi County.

The restoration works of the Castle contribute to the preservation of the aesthetic and historical and cultural values of the monument. In order to recover the historical splendor and ambiance of the Castle, the works of architecture and painting restoration are financed, both inside and outside the building.

The increase in the influx of tourists into the area and the economic resilience represents the immediate effects of the investment in the restoration of the architectural monument.
