Training courses by the Aosta region

Strengthening Public Employment Services (PES)  (Mission 5 – Component 1, Investment 1)

Italy’s Recovery and Resilience plan provides for an effective delivery of employment and training services. This measure includes infrastructural investments, the development of regional labour market Observatories, the development of interoperability between regional and national information systems, the design and implementation of training interventions to update the skills of job counsellors. The measure also envisaged the design and implementation of contents and communication channels of the services offered.

The investment is financed by Italy’s Recovery and Resilience plan by EUR 7.714 billion.

As part of this investmnet, the Aosta region provided the following training courses:
Training activities by the Aosta region:
• Provision of training courses in dual mode (200 hours, including 60 hours of internships). Certificates of competence issued as a result of the courses. The project was completed as regards the activities of the first year. Provision of training courses in dual mode (30 % of the total number of hours in training) for the purpose of issuing certificates of skills relating to the professional staff of the national directory of the vocational education and training system (IeFP). This project is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 77.981.
• Implementation of three-year course of vocational education and training in the field of well-being, with reference to the regional profiles of operator of hairdressing services and operator of aesthetic treatments, linked to the national figure of the welfare operator of the national IeFP directory. The first year has been paid in full and the activities relating to the second year are ongoing. This project is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 102.400.
• Implementation of a three-year course of vocational education and training in the field of well-being, with reference to the regional profiles of operator of hairdressing services and operator of aesthetic treatments, linked to the national figure of the welfare operator of the national IeFP directory. Activities relating to the second year of the project are currently ongoing. This project is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 64.000.
• Implementation of a four-year course of vocational education and training in the IT sector, with reference to the regional profile of Technician for the development and management of digital products and services, linked to the national IT technician of the national IeFP directory. The first year has been disbursed and the activities of the second year are currently ongoing. This project is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 102.400.
• Implementation of a four-year course of vocational education and training in the IT sector, with reference to the regional profile of Technician for the development and management of digital products and services, linked to the national IT technician of the national IeFP directory. The activities of the first year are currently ongoing. This project is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 64.000.
• Implementation of a four-year vocational education and training course in the field of well-being, with reference to the regional profiles of hairdresser and beautist, linked to the national figure of hairdressing and aesthetic treatment technician in the national IeFP directory. Training activities are currently ongoing. This project is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 64.000.
• Implementation of a three-year education and vocational training program based on the regional profiles of bodywork operator and mechatronic operator for vehicle repair, corresponding to the national profile of motor vehicle repair Operator from the national IeFP repertoire. The first year has been completed, and the second-year activities are currently in progress. This project is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 51.200.
• Implementation of a three-year education and vocational training program based on the regional profiles of bodywork operator and mechatronic operator for vehicle repair, corresponding to the national profile of motor vehicle repair Operator from the national IeFP directory. The first-year activities are currently in progress. This project is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 51.200.
• Implementation of a three-year vocational education and training programme with reference to the regional profiles of operator of kitchen services and productions and operator of room and bar services, linked to the national figure of the catering operator in the national IeFP directory.  The first year has been disbursed and the activities of the second year are currently ongoing. This project is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 51.200.
• Implementation of a three-year vocational education and training programme with reference to the regional profiles of operator of kitchen services and productions and operator of room and bar services, linked to the national figure of the catering operator in the national IeFP directory. This is currently the case for the first year. The first-year activities are currently in progress. This project is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 38.400.
• Implementation of a four-year vocational education and training course in the IT sector, with reference to the national profile of the electrical technician of the national directory of the IeFP. The first year is currently ongoing. This project is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 32.000.
• Implementation of 12 dual training courses (30 % of the total number of hours of internship) for the purpose of issuing certificates of skills relating to the professional staff of the national directory of the vocational education and training system (IeFP). Currently, 7 courses have been implemented. This project is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Facility with EUR 51.200.
