Tailor-made training for companies in strategic sectors in Catalonia

The Consorci per la Formació Contínua de Catalunya has launched the Conforcat a Mida program, which has nearly seven million euros from the NextGenerationEU fund to directly address the training needs of companies with the aim of improving their competitiveness This initiative promotes the qualification and requalification of personnel linked to companies or groups of companies through labor relations.

Specifically, it offers the opportunity to acquire emerging skills in 26 professional training families, covering areas such as installation and maintenance, electricity and electronics, mechanical manufacturing, healthcare, socio-cultural and community services and hospitality and tourism.
